The Supply Technician 2, working independently at times, will receive and distribute all supplies and equipment delivered to the facility in an accurate and timely manner.
Essential Job Functions |
Warehouse Operations * Receive Fed-ex and UPS packages in Lawson. * Verify packing slips are accurate. * Troubleshoot when packages arrive missing information. * Tag and register RFID products. * Receive and put away Cardinal distribution orders. * Deliver packages to off site locations. * Complete accurate cycle counts. * Assist in replenishment of PAR locations. * Deliver and order medical gasses. * Participate in annual year end physical inventory count. * Outdate management (FIFO and bin rotation). |
Documentation * Ensures timely order records, receiving records, packing slips, and other similar documentation. * Responsible for documenting and reporting inventory discrepancies, such as shortages and damaged product. |
Training * Actively learn from other associates. * Ability to follow written procedures. * Ability to teach new colleagues the standard inventory replenishment procedures. * Coach and lead Store Tech 1 staff. |
Compliance/Safety * Responsible for reporting any safety-related incident in a timely fashion through the Midas/RDE tool; attends all safety-related training programs; performs work in a safe manner; monitors work environment for possible safety issues and ensures others are also performing work in a safe manner. * Stays current and complies with state and federal regulations/statutes and company policies that impact the employee's area of responsibility. * If required for the position, ensures all certifications and/or licenses are up-to-date and valid prior to expiration dates. * Completes all company mandatory modules and required job-specific training in the specified time frame. |
