The Senior Business Intelligence Solutions Architect is responsible for strategic program roadmaps and for the successful implementation of architectural solutions surrounding NAH's primary data warehouse domains (i.e., Acute Care EHR, Interoperability & ACO, and System ERP). S/he works directly with organizational leadership to design and implement enterprise-wide transformation and deliver business value.
Technology Architecture * Leads a team of solution architects, consultants and key partners in the delivery of pragmatic solutions, aligned to strategic program road-maps. * Facilitates the incorporation of new data sources to the data warehouse(s), by leading cross-functional and multi-disciplinary implementation teams. * Builds up greater architectural competencies within the team, contributing to the evaluation of and recommendation for data source systems. * Manages both the governance of day-to-day operations and implementation of special projects. |
Strategic Development * Participates in the development of the organization's Business Intelligence strategy and operational capabilities. * Collaborates with senior leaders to develop program solution architectures, articulating strategies and trade-offs to stakeholders, senior management and business partners. * Maintains a broad knowledge of data warehouse and business intelligence best practices. |
Change Management * Champion Data Stewardship, by working with data source owners and subject matter experts to regularly validate the completeness and accuracy of data. * Assists with the advancement of Data and Analytics education, throughout the organization. |
Compliance/Safety * Responsible for reporting any safety-related incident in a timely fashion through the Midas/RDE tool; attends all safety-related training programs; performs work in a safe manner; monitors work environment for possible safety issues and ensures others are also performing work in a safe manner. * Stays current and complies with state and federal regulations/statutes and company policies that impact the employee's area of responsibility. * If required for the position, ensures all certifications and/or licenses are up-to-date and valid prior to expiration dates. * Completes all company mandatory modules and required job-specific training in the specified time frame. |
