Opportunity Details:

• Staffing Model: 3 Neonatologists to evenly share rounding & call coverage
• 122 annual shifts, which translates to 20 days off per month to enjoy all the beauty that northern Arizona has to offer
• 24/7 in-house NNPs
• Full time clinical educator and speech and developmental therapists
• A collaborative approach to care
• Night call from home, with 30 min response time expectation
• Level IIIA NICU: 28 weeks and above, nitric, HFOV, no surgery
• Occasional telehealth consultation and assistance with transport for Level I nursery in Cottonwood, AZ staffed 24/7 by experienced in-house NNPs
• 18 beds
• ADC: 10
• 1000 Annual deliveries
• 25-30% of admissions are transports in with a large geographic catchment area
• Minimum 3 years post-fellowship experience required
• Expectation to relocate to Flagstaff and join our vibrant and close-knit community
