The Lead Radiation Therapist is responsible for ensuring quality radiation therapy is consistently and accurately delivered as instructed
by Dosimetrists, Chief Medical Physicist and Physician. S/he oversees the workflow and adjustments as needed to ensure patient care is
not disrupted. The Lead Radiation Therapist functions as a part of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and serves as a
technical advisor to other members of the multidisciplinary team and the Radiation Therapist. The Lead Therapist supervises other
radiation therapists.

The Maintenance Technician 2 maintains Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) buildings, grounds, equipment, and utilities as directed. S/He performs hospital maintenance as required by the preventative maintenance program, or as directed. This maintenance includes: plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, and light construction. Maintains records as appropriate and prepares requisitions as required for assignments. S/He will assist the others as may be required in specific repairs. When applicable, performs Groundskeeper's duties. Mentors the Maintenance Technician 1.
The Physician Assistant (PA), under the direction of the Attending Physician, will assist in providing medical and/or surgical care of the department patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. S/he assists the supervising provider in the management of patients, performing evaluations, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. The PA reports all patient interactions to the supervising physician in support of providing quality, efficient, continuous and cost-effective patient care for NAH.

The PCT, including all hospital units and departments and the Float/Flex Pool PCT, under the supervision of the charge nurse, clinical manager, and/or director, is responsible for assisting in patient care, documentation and supply management. PCTs keep the unit supplied, clean, and organized. Additionally, the PCT may function in an office assistant role and answer the telephone, answer questions within their capabilities the patient or their support individuals may have, and perform data entry and data collection.
The PCT in the discharge unit is for assisting discharged patients, coordinating discharge logistics and assisting patients in utilizing resources and accessing health related services.
