The Clinical Manager role is focused on managing departmental goals and objectives. This is accomplished through staff retention, setting clear expectations, ensuring the provision of exceptional patient experience, and identifying improvement processes to achieve objectives and implementation of action plans.
The Transporter is responsible for providing patient transportation in accordance with the Nursing Plan of Care and Medical/Surgical Standards of Care and Practice. The Transporter may provide basic life support to the ill or injured patient while being transported to and from departments within the hospital.
