The Supply Technician 2, working independently at times, will receive and distribute all supplies and equipment delivered to the facility in an accurate and timely manner.
This is an on-site night shift position providing Patient Access support for our Verde Valley Medical Center Emergency Department.
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for the verification and collection of patient demographic and insurance information by direct data entry to the electronic medical record during the scheduling/pre-admit or admission process prior to discharge. S/he conducts an interview with the patient or authorized representative to secure information specific to requested services; accurately documenting the discussion and other registration/scheduling activities in the encounter.
The Buyer is responsible for the procurement process of supplies to support the daily operations of NAH departments by processing assigned department requisition requests. This position works closely with all NAH department requestors and is focused towards efficiency, cost reduction and control, inventory reduction and supply conversions. Processes supply returns and equipment repairs. Ensures contract compliance for all purchases. Provides operational support and intelligence to NAH Managers and Directors as requested in matters of supply expense.

Tech 1:
Assists in providing ticket resolution, analysis, configurations, coordination, testing, and installation of technological equipment and mobile device based hardware, software, peripherals, local area networks (LANs), and other related end user devices equipment. May assist with informal training of computer and mobile device users. Assists in the maintenance of asset management and adherence to departmental and system policy directives while maintaining the highest level of data security.
