The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for the proper care and handling of all general and specialty surgical instrumentation which includes cleaning, decontamination, identification, assembly, troubleshooting, packaging, distribution, and sterilization. The Lead Radiology Technologist position is responsible for performing general imaging procedures in at least one of the following: diagnostic, interventional, CT, MR, nuclear medicine, or ultrasound. This individual will be a procedure specialist (site visits, new equipment evaluations) as it relates to this individual's area of expertise. S/He leads the team of technologists in assigned modality.
