The Outpatient Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care, supervises support staff, and participates in dispensing activities, adverse drug reaction monitoring, drug information and patient education. This person may provide pharmacy services to patients from neonatal, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups. This person will have knowledge of the skills to care for the pharmacy needs of these populations.
