They perform or assist with procedures that fall within the scope of practice of a PCT, and work closely with all members of the interdisciplinary team. The PCT may be caring for infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics populations.   The Float/Flex Pool PCT may be asked to work on any unit in the hospital that is in need of a PCT, change departments during a shift or be asked to work as a Patient Safety Attendant based on need whereupon the PCT duties will cease if assigned to sit 1:1 with a patient; and must complete the same required documentation as a PSA. The Staff Accountant 1 assists in maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Compiles financial data to aid more senior accountants in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. Assists in analyzing current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for day-to-day accounting management, assisting with financial and tax reporting, journal entries, consolidations, cash management, and the continued improvement of internal control policies and processes. The Accounting Manager will supervise, manage and develop all members of the accounting team.

The Transporter is responsible for providing patient transportation in accordance with the Nursing Plan of Care and Medical/Surgical Standards of Care and Practice. The Transporter may provide basic life support to the ill or injured patient while being transported to and from departments within the hospital. S/he performs other duties as assigned or directed that are within the scope and abilities of the individual's training.
