The Catherization Lab Supervisor maintains accountability for daily operations and delivery of patient care through assisting the Manager with supervising, leading and mentoring Cath Lab staff. Serves as a role model and expert resource to Cath Lab staff, supports Cath Lab team as needed, and assists with personnel actions, staff development, evaluation and counseling/coaching.

This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a remote monitoring program that includes scheduling, billing, downloading, and analysis of clinical device transmissions. Typical duties will include clinical interrogation of pacemakers, Implantable Cardiac Defibrillator (ICD) devices, and implantable loop records; review of patient cardiac rhythms, and other clinical interrogation data and preparation of preliminary reports for providers.
