The Electrophysiology Physician Assistant will assist in providing support for patients and overall development of the FMC Electrophysiology program. The provider assists the supervising physician in the evaluation of new patient consultations, daily hospital rounding, coordination of care with other providers, patient education, hospital discharge, and assistance in procedures. The Transporter is responsible for providing patient transportation in accordance with the Nursing Plan of Care and Medical/Surgical Standards of Care and Practice. The Transporter may provide basic life support to the ill or injured patient while being transported to and from departments within the hospital.
