The Respiratory Care Practitioner RRT treats patients with pulmonary disorders such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), collapsed lungs, and pneumonia. The RRT meets with patients, diagnoses ailments, designs treatment plans and conducts tests to assess lung capacity and gas levels.
The Patient Safety Attendant under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, is responsible for providing generalized support services in accordance with the Nursing Plan of Care and Medical/Surgical Standards of Care and Practice. S/he must follow all policies/procedures of Northern Arizona Healthcare. S/he performs other duties, as assigned or directed, that are within the scope and abilities of the individual's training. The OR Core Technician, under the direction of Clinical Manager, Charge Nurse or RN, is responsible for turnover (cleaning) of the surgical rooms between cases in an efficient and sanitary manner with strict adherence to all IP standards, requirements and techniques. This position will be trained and competent to open/prepare/stock supplies and equipment for sterile interventions/procedures in the surgical department.
