The Lead Sterile Processing Tech will also be asked to participate in the hiring process, evaluations, and disciplinary actions, as well as assist with employee grievances. The RN Oncology Services conducts the initial patient assessment, assists in the development of treatment plan, delivers care and documents any variances in patient's condition. S/he provides nursing case management functions and generates referrals for testing or to other physicians as directed. The RN assists and/or performs procedures that are within the scope of nursing practice and works as part of a multidisciplinary team and provides input to the continuity of care. S/he will be in direct contact with adult and geriatric patients and must possess the skills to care for their physical and developmental needs.

Provides technical services as assigned and directed. The OR Scrub Tech assists and/or performs patient procedures that are within the scope of their unit specific Skills Summation. This position works in an in-patient / hospital based environment.
